10/10 experience at the new Jersey Mikes! This afternoon, the staff working the counter was nothing but energetic and kind. They honestly raised the bar compared to any other JM I’ve been to. Food is good. Love the bacon! Employees though, is hit or miss on how good they are. Sometimes you get well cleaned work areas and others you get cross contamination (I mean they will get oil/vinegar everywhere and the lettuce goes back in the bins with different seasonings on it). But overall good quick food. Always a go to when we can’t decide dinner/lunch.

1 star because 0 isn’t available. All of the Jersey Mikes in the Hudson Valley are complete trash. Fishkill, Wappingers and Poughkeepsie. Dirty inside with horrible service. Strongly urge you to stay away from these locations. Horrible horrible horrible service. 30-40 minutes to produce a sandwich. Order is never right and never on time. Stay away.

1st time trying Jersey Mike’s a few weeks ago, it was a good experience. Came back 2nd time to try something different, they were closed at 9pm on a Saturday night. I arrived shortly after. New store in town in an “off the beaten path” location, having relative early closing won’t last in Wappingers. Ask the Mac and Cheese guys. Sadly have to go elsewhere this time. Better luck next time Jersey.

Steer clear. Patrick who identifies himself as a manager but is not is extremely dirty. He doesn’t give the right name out when asking for his name, he’s angry, extremely angry, dirty, doesn’t wear gloves, his long hair is all over the counters that they make the subs in, and he is a downright liar. The manager, alytia, will not solve any problems as she only gets paid “$22 an hour” and this isn’t worth her time to solve any issues. They also don’t keep the gluten free knife separate from the reg bread knife. Board of health has been notified.

Place was always very clean and the staff was always very friendly. Sandwiches always have way to much lettuce but I talked to one of the staff n he fixed that for me. Found the manager to be pretty unprofessional and quite rude. Firing good workers just because she can and in a very unprofessional way. (Via text). Because of her my family will not be returning there.

Very disappointed, can get way more options and better flavor for 1/2 the price at subway. Very basic bland sandwich and meat quality is just ok, turkey tasted weird.
