They served me undercooked pizza! I spent 60$ on food and nothing is even cooked all the way from the pizza to the bread. The cheese is still chunky and the dough is very stretchy and soft.

Have ordered here twice and has been great. The woman working was completely by herself the 2nd time I came and did an outstanding job keeping her cool and keeping up with orders! My pizza came out great even though she was on her own! Lovely leadership and professionalism, I will be coming back! Kids loved it too! Called to give them a personal thank you and I am humbled by the gratitude and eagerness to keep providing excellent service, great job guys!

Sub par pizza for the price, will not order from them again. They put the cheese on top of the cold ingredients – equals undercooked pizza. Their door dash delivery service is garbage as well. They drop your pizza off late and put on ground at the door. In the middle of winter that means we received an extra cold pizza under cooked pizza. Not a good representation of Papa Johns from when I ate them in college. STAY AWAY. Jets pizza is worth the wait IMO.

Delivery order never showed up. Was told that because they use doordash no refund can be given and no redelivery attempt would be made. They did say they would remake the order if I picked it up myself, minus the apparently non refundable delivery fee that I already paid and TIP for the invisible doordasher. We live in a horrible time for customer service when one company just blames another.

Rude and unprofessional. After ordering and it still not arriving 3 times the amount of time they said it would (over an hour and a half), I called and spoke with the manager who swore at me and hung up the phone. No way to treat customers, will never order from Papa Johns again, nor should anyone else. Too many options out there to be treated that way.

I got 4 large pizzas for my sons birthday party, and even put the order in hours before so it would be prepared on time. I didn’t receive the pizzas until 2 hours after the party started and ended up having to get Little Caesar’s instead. Little Caesar’s made my order in half an hour and was way cheaper. I called papa johns a number of times trying to ask for a refund, and was never answered. Extremely disappointed. My sons friends and guests were sitting starving, due to the lack of work ethic in papa johns. Definitely don’t reccomend! They have a history of not giving customers their money back based on the reviews i’m reading.
