Abbey’s Coffee Menu – Frisco, CO

Type : Coffee shop

Location : Frisco, CO

In November 1996 Abbey the dog and her humans opened Abbey’s Coffee. A passion for coffee, love of the mountains and all that Summit County has to offer is what inspired the opening of Abbey’s in Frisco. Then, a pairing with Silver Canyon Coffee, our roaster in Boulder, brought everything together.

Suzie and Dave are either in the store or out enjoying the fresh snow and the miles of cycling and hiking paths in the county. We hope that you will enjoy all that Summit County has to offer and make it even better by stopping by for your favorite coffee drink, snack, ice cream or a burrito at Abbey’s. Free WiFi sweetens the deal. And, although Abbey herself has been gone for years, her spirit lives on in Abbey’s in the story of her ashes bei

Service was really good, the atmosphere is nice, but the burrito was kind of bad and I don’t have high standards. 7.00 for a microwaved burrito that fell apart instantly. I’d imagine most other things are really good so I still recommend trying it, just get something else.

I love coffee and I love small local coffee shops. Abbeys has a great vibe. The owners are there hustling and making it happen. If you’re into dogs, they are dog friendly, which I found fun. The entire experience was warm and welcoming, coffee was excellent, too!

Pretty busy for a morning in the off season. We had camped around the lake the night prior to get an early start on a hike in Breck the next day. This was the only coffee shop open at that time in the morning in Frisco. The folks were kind and the coffee was quite nice. Definitely a good spot for your morning cuppa.

I always stop here when I drive through Frisco. This is a little relaxed coffee place that’s a hidden gem. Prices are reasonable and the coffee drinks well made. If you are a true foodie its going to underwhelm you. But if you like comfort food and need fuel its perfect. I have bought several mugs here over the years and love them.

This Frisco, CO, coffee shop deserves a mixed rating. While the drip coffee lacked flavor and excitement, the espresso drinks were quite enjoyable. The staff members were friendly and welcoming. With some improvement in the drip coffee, this place could easily earn a full 5-star rating.
