Cute firehouse themed fast food hot sub shop. When they first opened the staff used to greet you as you entered the door and were always very pleasant and friendly, however the last few times we’ve been in we almost felt as though we were inconveniencing the staff by being there Even though they did not appear to be busy either time. While they were still courteous, the smiles and friendliness were missing. It seems so many places have come to this since quarantine. Either they are short staffed, or the staff doesn’t enjoy working, and many customers have just gotten ruder too, so and their defense, it’s hard to keep smiling and be friendly when you are stressed out and not happy.

I paid extra for bacon only for it to not be cooked… sandwich was made upside down. I ask for everything but mayo and all I got was meat 4 pieces of lettuce, tomatoes and a little cheese! With mustard on one half… I’m really disappointed

The Sweet and Spicy meatball sandwich was excellent. I could definitely taste the sweetness of the sauce, and the spiciness of either the meatballs, or sauce as well. My brother enjoyed the steak and cheese sandwich.

By far the worst experience ever at a Firehouse. Obviously, the store manager doesn’t read all of these negative reviews or just dont care. It took over 25 mins to get our sandwich and mine barely had any meat on it. We were 2nd in line. One guy was running around lost, while the other was completely useless. At one time, I counted 12 people inside, waiting on a sandwich. It took at least another 20 mins after ours came out, before another sandwich went out. People were piling up at the call-in counter, there were people in the parking lot waiting, and many finally sat down to wait. The tables and floors were filthy.

Food was good, service not so much. I waited 20minutes tonight for a couple of sandwiches when there was 3 folks behind the counter. After I ordered, 2 of the guys took off (break or kitchen restock? Unsure) and there was just 1 guy making sandwiches. It was around 6pm, and the dining area wasn’t busy but there were clearly pickup orders being processed. 10-15min later one of the guys returned and started stocking napkins. At that point there were more folks who had arrived and made orders, and until I asked about my order the napkins restocking continued instead of helping the other guy. I never saw the 3rd guy again after my initial order.

Takes forever to get your food here. Ate here close to lunch time and 2 employees decided to go take their lunch while one guy was left to make all the food and run the register. I had bad experiences here in the past but hoped it had changed. Won’t be back until it’s under new management.

Service is horrible at this location. I was the only one in there and waited 25 minutes before I finally went to see what was taking so long and they tried to say they called my name that someone must have picked up my food. First they never called any names second there was no one else waiting for food nor did anyone come pick up food. Very disappointed in the service. I will give credit to the young lady taking orders she was the only one without a attitude and knew what she was doing.
