After waiting 25 minutes for my food I get home to find all 4 French fries are half full. $16 for fries what a complete ripoff. I don’t blame the workers as they were overwhelmed. The owner and management are completely to blame and completely incompetent. The McDonald’s on Shea about a mile away is run like a well oiled machine. Hire more workers and don’t use the excuse you can’t find anyone to work. The other McDonald’s have plenty of workers servicing customers. If you can’t hire and retain workers that means the owner and management is horrible is completely to blame. McDonald’s corporate should get involved and hold the owners accountable for the complete mismanagement of this location.

The RUDEST, laziest workers I’ve ever seen. I sat at the drive thru for a minute with no greeting. I finally asked for help and I get an aggressive “WHAT DO U NEED”. I told her SHE needed a new attitude. Fast forward a week, thought I’d try it out again, maybe they were having a bad day. I stood waiting for a cashier for 3 min…they all saw me, no greeting. I needed a cashier because their self pay was down. I left again out of frustration and getting 0 customer service. Will never, ever, ever go here again. Atrocious.

Ive been at the drive through for breakfast a few times and every time the line has been frozen solid for 10-20 minutes despite not taking walk-in customers and keeping the door locked. Poor employees probably have to run the entire store with 2-3 people and it makes nobody happy. If you dont have enough people to keep business steady dont open at all.

3 visits to this location. Drive thru each time. When I was able to get food, it was typical McDonalds food. 1st time took a long time to get through the line. 2nd time was slow but better. Had an issue with my order that I should have caught when they took the order. 3rd time was today. Should have avoided the line entirely because I saw a car back out of the line and leave. I got in line and the line didn’t move in 10 minutes. At that point everyone in the line that hadn’t ordered left, including myself. Going to avoid this location.

I go here regularly. It hurts reading some reviews bc these people brighten my day every time I go there. Nicole always has a smile. Brooke is absolutely one of the kindness and real people. The entire crew, lunch and dinner, have been amazing. Only once was something wrong, and they were quick to correct it. No questions, no hesitation. They are always so kind. These people don’t stop working. They’re always cleaning or working on orders. At least I haven’t seen any different.

Saturday morning about 10am I stopped here to enjoy coffee and breakfast. Didn’t happen! I noticed the drive-thru line was long, so I parked and went inside to the dining room. There were a dozen or so people in there and six or eight waiting to receive their order all standing near the front counter. Another four or five waiting to place their order with the one employee who seemed inexperienced in working there. I noticed he had on a hoodie keeping his head covered making it difficult to see what was happening in the area or to service customers waiting. He went to the coffee pot only to find that it was “empty”. Didn’t impress me much as I wanted my coffee without waiting around for someone to make it. What happened to having employees working during the morning hours? He and he alone was the only one at the counter. I knew it would take a while if I continued to wait around so I left this location and drove about five miles to the next McD for my coffee and breakfast. I don’t think I’ll be back to “this” location when there are “other” McDs that have it together and can service customers. Sad!

By far the worst mcdonalds in the valley. From sticky tables, to rude service, and dried out food. The fries look and taste like they’ve been under a heat lamp for hours, the burgers are horrible tasting. The service including the manager of this location are completely rude and they mess up the order anyway. Highly recommend any other location.

Last month or so service has been falling apart at this location. First time in my life I ordered and paid at the counter, and then eventually as 15 minutes passed, had to abandon the order and leave without my food. Place was even too disorganized to do a refund not out of spike but just total choas. Yuck
