Went here based on other fabulous reviews and was pleased with both the food and service! They give you warm tortilla chips and salsa while waiting to order. All our items ordered both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items were large sizes. Each plate is about to feed 1.5-2 people easily! Definitely order the hot picanto sauce with the meal – wow it was spicy and good! Best Mexican hot sauce I’ve had in a long time. Their house Sante Fe margarita was amazing as well – you get a lot of drink for the price – highly recommend getting the margarita!

On a recent trip to Seattle, I was feeling the need for some Mexican food and found this place not too far from my hotel. I ordered the Santa Fe margarita, Guacamole Mexicano (yum!) and a combination plate with a taco, an enchilada, rice and beans. It was way more food than I could possibly eat in one meal and way more margarita that I could possibly drink! They gave me my margarita on the rocks in a large glass with a cocktail shaker with the extra margarita. I was unable to drink the whole thing. Very disappointed in myself! Dinner was very good. The taco was very flavorful and the enchilada was gooey cheesy delicious. Nice rice and beans with the combination dinner. Very good level of service. I’ll definitely go back when in Seattle again!

Best Mexican food in the Renton/Newcastle area, family owned and operated. Very kind and attentive service that makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. The food is amazing and the Patron Margaritas are delicious! They have a covered outdoor patio with multiple big screens for all sporting needs. They also have some of the best chips and salsa I’ve ever had. The portions are large and the prices is extremely reasonable. If you want a great meal, go here!

We are long time loyal customers of this restaurant, both for the amazing food, and the consistently excellent service. However, tonight we had a frustrating experience. We normally dine there, but decided to do take out. The online system wouldn’t let me put my order through, and when I called they offered to take the order over the phone. After placing it I realized the total I was given was more without tip than the online price WITH a 20% tip. When I arrived and asked it was explained to me the online ordering system offers discount pricing. I expressed frustration because I tried to use the online system, and it wasn’t working, and was told I wasn’t the only one upset about it tonight and, “Sorry, I don’t make the prices.” So I was inconvenienced because your system was down, and then I have to pay way more for my food? Doesn’t seem right. Know if you place a take out order over the phone you will pay a steep up charge for it.

It was just OK. The shrimp was great. Everything else was nothing special. They use store bought tortillas. It’s easy to tell. Tortillas are pretty easy to make so this was disappointing.

Love the fresh and flavourful dishes here (we had the ground beef burrito, chicken quesadilla, and vegetable enchiladas)! Margaritas are a balance of sweet and tart – so good! Service is on point – friendly and efficient. Sound system is great although a little loud for a mid-week dinner. Enjoyed being able to catch games on the TV without it blaring at us and they have a great covered outdoor patio too!

Staff brought us the wrong food multiple times from other tables, than when our food did arrive 2 out of the 4 meals were incorrect and the waiter argued with us and said he didnt mess up and it was correct. Another waiter dropped a tray of drinks on my friend. Food that was received was mediocre

So my husband and I decided to try this place for lunch. Fyi they do require your vaccination card or photo of it. (Not knocking them, I completely understand) Their service was amazing. Our waiters were awesome and very consistent with making sure we had everything we needed. Our plates had large portions for the price and their service was quick. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to go back to try their other dishes. Definitely authentic mexican food.
