Wow. I just can’t believe it. Food came out with horrible quality. The drink station was a mess floors super sticky trash everywhere. We were there 25 min and Noone even attempted to clean it. Worst Burger King ever, I’m usually a fan of Burger King but this location sucks, not matter the time of day all there food is stale. No pride in the food what so ever, kids chicken nuggets still cold from being frozen and the burgers not throughly cooked. Gross you are better off in Firestone sticking to McDonald’s.

I tried to order the 2 for 5 whopper Jr special and the cashier at the drive through only rang up one which was no big deal until I said I wanted 2 whopper Jr s and the manager snapped back “You didn’t say you wanted the 2 for 5 deal” I replied I ordered 2 sandwiches and you gave me one and tried to charg me 4.47. After pulling up to the drive menu screen I was greeted by background talking and no one acknowledging I was there. After finally asking for assistance I could barely hear anything and had to repeat my order twice. When given my bag naturally my order was short and the employee handing it to me tried saying it was in the bag when it wasn’t until another employee handed what was missing. The owner of this place needs to do better. My husband stopped today ordered a 2 whoppers, a fish sandwich and onion rings. Got home had 2 whoppers, no fish sandwich and fries. I went back and they had a sign saying to be patient because they only had one cook and one guy running the drive thru and counter. I told him what happened, he didn’t really care. I didn’t get nasty or anything just let him know, paid again for the fish sandwich and left. You are a terrible owner if you only leave two workers to run the entire restaurant, I could tell they were stressed. Shame on you owner! And shame on you for making customers pay again for something they already paid for. I will go to the other bk until you get your stuff together. Food was actually pretty good although I couldn’t finish it. Came for breakfast. Asked for jelly. Was told that they didn’t carry anything but ketchup while I’m looking at a shelf full of condiments. Had an attitude as soon as she saw me. Asian woman who works breakfast is racist. Never in my life have I been told that the only condiment offered in a national chain restaurant was ketchup! Can you offend my intelligence any more?

Playground kept closed due to worker laziness. Kids are forced to see doors to Playground being blocked by trash cans that are full to the top. Lobby full of messy used tables and worker not caring to clean. Just in the back on their phones. This location sucks
