Pulled me up when no one was behind me and I had to wait over 10 minutes. No one brought my food out so drove back around and it was sitting there. Asked for my money back and had to argue with them to get a refund. They kept saying why your food is right here. Store manager finally gave my money back after saying I disrespected him for not taking the food, and called me a lied saying it was only 6 minutes. He wouldn’t even look at receipt because he new I was right. Then he took my credit card and took almost 4 minutes to cancel my order. Hope he didn’t right or take a picture of my card. Won’t trust this store again. The dayshift crew is always so nice. It’s the night shift I always have problems with.

The only reason the sweet hot chicken sandwich got a 3 is because it tasted too salty. The fries were not hot like the ones at the other location which made them less crispy.

Order a French dip combo. With lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. Then, I added small mozzarella sticks. When I got my order, it was missing the frys. The sandwich wasn’t that good. The roast beef was cold and a little more pink than it should have been. Also there was very little roast beef on it. Not the correct portions size. The lettuce was soggy, and the tomatoes i was given were the ends that should have been tossed. The mozz has been past its hold time. Being a former manager from Arby’s, I would be disappointed with this visit.

The cashier was very friendly and helpful , but the food was terrible . I ordered a double beef and cheddar on a sesame seed bun . But instead of slices of roast beef like usual it almost looked like it had been chewed up for me . It was tiny little pieces mixed with the cheese and no red sauce smh the fries was cold as was my apple turnover . I would not recommend to a friend.

Very few in drive thru. Service was so slow. There were 3 of us working late and we were trying to grab something fast so we could get back to work. Mistake! We had to wait 14 minutes for 3 meals with 5 people working. I don’t get it! Where has the fast food service gone?
