Came here once. Never again. Waitress was nice but owner unfriendly. Just staring and no hello and welcome and no goodness or enjoying greeting customers even tho I was right in her face. I ordered shrimp vermicelli noodles and all it had was days old and overcooked hard shrimp and cucumber slices, lettuce, and carrot slices and so little of it that o asked for a side of bean sprouts and basil leaves like my friend got with her beef pho. The owner charged me $2 for this by the way even tho my dish of $14.99 came with barely any veges. The picture shows the noodle dish with me after adding my request of sprouts and basil leaves. Otherwise it would be pretty bare bones. They gave me the sweet and sour sauce it comes with but too little so my noodles had no taste and I had to ask for more sauce. Then my girlfriends dish was the beef brisket pho and the picture is accurate to what it came like from the start…mostly broth and noodles and barely any meat. She didn’t care for her basil and sprouts much so I added hers to my barebones shrimp noodle dish which is why mine looks a bit more colorful. She ordered 2 shrimp spring rolls and there was barely any shrimp and barely big enough to fill up on (2 for $6.99) and it came with a thick peanut sauce only even tho rolls taste good with both this and the sweet and sour sauce but she only got peanut sauce. So after chewing the hard shrimp that came to my dish cold, little sauce that I had to ask for more sauce, being charged $2 for some sprouts and basil to add to my measly noodle dish of old shrimp

I want to support this restaurant But 15.99 per bowl is no problem if the portion wasn’t ridiculously small. Pretty disappointed because it doesn’t seems fair to customer with 2 bowls with 1 tea and an 2 pieces spring rolls ended up spent $50 before tip not full. Not to mention it’s pretty obvious they reuse the not so fresh condiments veggies (you lucky you would get basil or beans sprouts, I got a piece of super dried iceberg lettuce )They would still make a sale I’m sure. That’s because they are the only one in town.

Ordered carryout. Got the combo fried rice with no vegetables. Food was obviously overcooked as shown in the picture attached. They always skimp out on the shrimp, but I noticed they skimped out on the portion of the entire meal. I also found a hair attached to the overcooked shrimp in the pic, but I removed it. I don’t know if it was a bad day or something, but I’m weary of going back.

Food was delicious, waitress was on point. Both myself and my daughter absolutely loved the pork steamed buns and the pho was great.

The food was great. I am happy we have a restaurant that serves pho near by. I was disappointed by the garnishes especially for the price. We only were given a lot of lettuce, two quarters of a lime and cilantro.

First day in town so I decided to stop here to grab my dinner for the day as it was a chilly day for this southerner. As I walked in the restaurant was empty and one of the waitresses I’m assuming was sleeping on the chairs. Which made me wonder what the heck have I walked into. I was skeptical at first but tired from the flight and then hour drive so i decided to just give it a chance. I would say I’m glad I did as the food was amazing great tasting food full of flavor. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for some good PHO.

Ordered a pho with beef and meatballs. Ordered a spicy beef pho. Ordered fresh spring rolls. The bill was Over 45.00. Wasn’t worth it. Broth Wasn’t great and I eat pho all the time, I got a few basil leaves, no cilantro. I added my own in. One slice of a jalapeno. Maybe 8 pieces of green onion and omg I got 7 pieces of bean sprouts. Are you kidding me??? The spicy beef, had nothing to go with it but noodles. We will not go back. The girl who was behind the counter was not friendly either.

Great place eat some Pho. Prices were in line with any other Pho place that I have ate at in the past. Service was prompt and food came out fast. The Pho tasted average. I’ve had better and I’ve had worse. Spring wills were very well done as well. Overall I would certainly recommend King Pho to anyone in the Grand Forks area.

I’m married to a Vietnamese lady and this does not represent true Pho! It’s a good indication of how good a Vietnamese restaurant is when even Vietnamese don’t eat there! My wife is a nail tech in grandforks and all her coworkers say the say the same thing.. we drive to Fargo every Sunday to eat at Pho Delicious it’s truly amazing!

I see ppls reviews”best restaurant in all grand forks”? Yeah it’s the only restaurant actually!!!?i had really high hopes but the food is just not it and they know it that’s why it’s so overpriced if its your first time don’t even bother your better of with a burger at least you will walk out of there full and yes I went with my family of 6 spent more than $130 but it was mostly on garnish for our pho their just extremely greedy it’s disgusting i will never go back and if i was them i would be ashamed of myself for representing a Vietnamese restaurant like this so disappointing so now that i want some pho i just make it and it’s way better than this
