Never received the hashbrown that comes with the meal, this has happened before. Received Diet coke instead of coke. Instead of Hot sauce they gave me mayonnaise. In Sioux City proper the stores are infernally unbearable. The wait times reach as much as a half hour even when there are only a few customers. The staff are excessively rude, unable to do the basic elements of their jobs, the stores are disgustingly unhygienic, etc.
