I normally don’t have a problem with them however a couple of weeks ago I ordered a small pizza for my daughter to be delivered to her for lunch at gymnastics which is maybe 2 miles away. The pizza came later then advised and also cold!! I was very disappointed. I gave them 3 stars because when I called to ask where the pizza was, the delivery guy was coming into the gym and the employee I was on the phone with was apologizing, we opened the pizza and it was cold. So she did her best to resolve the issue. She offered sending another however my daughters break was over because he arrived late so she placed a credit on my account.

The pizza is pretty good! The key is extra sauce on your orders. Otherwise, it runs a little light when regular is selected. Delivery and carry out are both fast. The prices can be a little high at times for basic pizza, but their coupons make up for it. My only disappointment this order was I received had black olives instead of green olives. :-/

Haven’t been to a hungry howies in quite a while. I remember it being really good. My boys and I ordered 2 medium pizzas and tried the Asiago bread. The pizzas had a metal taste that was very unpleasant, no fluffy crust like I remembered, no butter cheese crust like we ordered and the Asiago bread we just threw out because it was cold and hard as a brick. I didn’t bother calling because I don’t want a replacement. I won’t be returning sadly.

The absolute rudest people I’ve ever encountered. They took my child card number down , said they couldn’t process the order , hung up in my face multiple times , wouldn’t give me corporate number . I will be up there in the morning to speak to a supervisor and get corporate number . This is disgusting . DO NOT GO HERE EVER . Dominoes on 21 and card is so much more respectful.

Have ordered multiple times and have had multiple problems. I have had completely incorrect food. I have had pizza be doughy and have had to have them remake it only for it to be doughy again, poor delivery driver had to come out 3 times before they got it right. Tonight I ordered 7 pizzas. 5 larges and 2 smalls. The larges were all lightly done for some reason again. The butter cheese crust was barely noticeable. Goodness I could have gone to Little Caesars if I wanted plain crust. I don’t understand why it’s difficult to properly cook a pizza. I worked at Hungry Howies for 3 years by the way, very aware of how simple it is.
