Good food overall. I couldn’t taste the smoke in the pork or even see a smoke ring, but wasn’t bad. Cole slaw was very bland. Spicy beans were decent, but I added some good ole BBq sauce and made them better. They have 8 sauces to choose from. All were pretty good so just depends on your taste profile or where you are from. Price was a bit high for what seemed like a lunch portion, speaking of lunch they only offer one lunch special. Today was chicken and I rarely get chicken at a BBQ place. All in all I would come back.

Editing my review because you never know if the place is going to be open. Sign says closed on Monday, but they are also closed on Sunday, and apparently any other day they feel like it. Went by there one night at 6:30 and they were closing down because business was slow!

People are great. The pork is awesome, some of the best I can remember. Sides were decent but not the best. Prices are a bit steep. 12 bucks for lunch and a drink.

First time eating here stopped in to have lunch with my daughter. Unique menu, great atmosphere, very friendly service, and good bbq!! They have several sauces on the table. #4 honey bourbon was delicious!! Also tried #3 and #6 both were very good! Definitely will be back

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I miss everything about this place from the service to the atmosphere to the food. And, OMG THE FOOD! I never went wrong with ordering anything from the menu; it was all good which was a God’s honest miracle that the whole family (I have youngins) had no complaints! Lol I truly hope they come back soon. Best place to eat in Jacksonville!

My daughter and I recently had lunch at this restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed the food which was absolutely fantastic. I had the pleasure of making acquaintances with Mrs. Linda. She’s a beautiful soul full of spunk and wisdom. Her greens were “off the chain good”!!! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I’m sure we will be returning to try the smoked mac’ and cheese and banana pudding. If you’re traveling in the area stop by, you won’t be disappointed.

They have the best BBQ around! I absolutely loved the baked beans and potato salad. All of it so full of flavor. I loved it so much that I went and picked up my father and took him by there for lunch too. I can’t wait to try other items on the menu.

Best BBQ in Jacksonville. We ate here tonight after driving past for months. I had the Barn Yard plate. The brisket was PERFECT! Huge smoke flavor, moist, and tender. The smoked chicken was amazing. My wife had the ribs and was really happy with them. The spicy BBQ sauce is kept at the bar so ask for it if you like your sauce with a little fire.
