Super fresh and delicious chicken sandwich. I ordered for take out and the woman on the phone had so much patience and was so nice! It was very light and I could tell that everything was done with care and they strive for health which is wealth 😉 Their pastries and breads look so good, I can’t wait to try them when my friends and I come by some time!

OMG just took one bite out of the eggplant. And I had to write this review. First off this guy doesn’t use breading he uses egg batter which makes his eggplant some of the best that I’ve ever tasted and I grew up in Jersey. You need to take a trip to the beach and check this place out. I just moved in to an office upstairs I was happy there’s a Laspadas in the plaza and I’m stoked. Because I can mix in some healthy food and they got better coffee then D’Angelo’s.

Visited Ft. Lauderdale after our cruise, my family and I stood here for 2 days and we happened to be lucky enough to run into this gem after a morning at the beach. The staff is super friendly, offering up menu suggestions and checking on us to make sure everything was okay. I had the omelet which was good and my husband had the veggie sandwich which was phenomenal! Coffee is delicious as well! Definitely will be back!
