We used to love to come to this restaurant, and the pizza is good. However, I agree with the other reviews that state that the place was disgusting. There’s garbage everywhere. The place is run by kids and there’s nobody cleaning up. The garbage is overflowing, there’s napkins and garbage all over the floor. The kitchen is a mess with food all over the floor. There’s wet towels all over the floor in front of all of the refrigerators so I wonder if the food is even preserved at the right temperature. The bathroom was also disgusting. It’s a shame because this is a great concept with good food but I can’t believe that the food is clean, given the cleanliness of the restaurant. We won’t be coming back.

I’ve been coming here since around the time this place opened. It started out fresh ,new with a happy to serve you and motivated young staff. Lately or most recently, this year, 2022-2023, I don’t see either manager or owner older guy with the glasses of this place anymore, and the place has been a mess!! The young staff working have lost their respect and motivation for working and serving the public. The fountain drink area is always wet and sticky. The garbage is over flowing its worse in the bathroom. The tables are all sticky and dirty. Last year, there was a time I came in, and they had run out of napkins, plates, and we ate from the to go boxes . There was no toilet paper, so we used the paper towels that were in the bathroom for that and took extra to use to clean my hands with and tabel as we ate. It’s been pretty messy and dirty lately. The staff is not on top of their customer service and / or in keeping it sanitized. Note:to Manger/Owner re train and stay on top of tour store!!

Been here several times while in the area for a quick bite. I like the BBQ chicken pizza, very tasty or you can create your own. Love to create my salads, they are pretty good. Plenty of parking here. We will be back.

The pizza and salads are pretty decent. The quality has definitely come down a bit since this store first opened. We went today and it will probably be around the last time we go again. The place is disgusting. The trash bins are piled up and are not changed and thrown out regularly. The men’s restroom is totally disgusting. Overflowing trash bins in the restroom, urine all over toilet seats and floors, sink/faucets to wash your hands are grimy the wood doors and has brown/black blemishes from not being wiped down properly from everyday use. The floors are greasy. Tables are left a mess by previous customers and we have to wipe down our own tables. Few employees seem like they don’t really care to work there just go with the flow type. Beverage dispenser and teas is pretty gross as well with the area not cleaned and wiped down regularly. Utensils were completely empty. I can only imagine what the kitchen/prep area looks like in the back. No manager or owner ever to be seen. Place definitely needs shaping up and deep cleaning. In the beginning they would give you all the toppings you wanted, but now it seems as if you get cheated out the quantity of toppings as you add more to your pizza. They get stingier with every topping you ask for on your pizza. Also, you need to have blue cheese dressing available for the customer who wants it on their salad, not just crumbles. Being able to customize your pizza is hands down best part, you can make it to your liking without ruining a pizza for others. The selection of items are plentiful, the quantity of every item is more than enough. Dough was perfect for the mod size pizza, personal size is the way to go.

This particular place would benefit from hiring more people. The place was trashed to the max. There was a wet muddy looking towel close to where the pizzas are served. The scene was disgusting. The floors dirty with all sorts spilled food. As the lady was fixing my pizza she sat my pizza in a pool of something wet and brown she said not too worry since it was balsamic sauce. To watch the preparation process was abhorrent. Please someone do something to rescue people from eating in unhygienic premises.

LOVED this place! Especially since they have lactose free cheese that actually is tasty! My boyfriend and I came to get our own personal pizzas to go. He went for the Mega dough $10.27 which cost a couple dollars more than the regular crust $8.27 that I opted for. I will say that in the end I enjoyed his much more than mine since it was so much thicker and will be getting it the next time I’m there.
