The food is AMAZING, the staff is friendly and attentive! I’ve never been to Italy but I know the owner has, and he brought it back for all to enjoy! The details and thought that have been put into this restaurant, is and will be, all about the taste and experience! Stiano is brand new to this tiny mountain town, but is very much large city dining. You won’t regret it!

Located at the La Veta Inn, this new spot is going to be a family fave. The decor, atmosphere, and the wonderful staff make this a must visit! The kids and I each had a hero; meatball, chicken, and eggplant. They were devoured earnestly! And for you #chileheads, chef makes his own crushed red pepper with serranos. Just the right heat level for the sandwich with an amazing taste.

My family and I did a progressive dinner with the Stiano sister restaurant, Lokal Burger (double LOCAL beef on each burger)! We decided to eat dessert at Stiano! We ate the Tiramisu, the Chef special Black Cherry Tiramisu, and the rice pudding! You can’t go wrong with any that you order because they are all DELICIOUS!! The Black Cherry Tiramisu was paired extremely well with a Coffee Martini! We will be back!

The menu is great with fabulous vegetarian options for us which we both loved. Our server Dacia was attentive, well-informed about the wine selections, the specials and the menu in general. She even shared the history of the Inn with us. The chef kindly visited our table so we could thank him for the delicious meals. Authentic, scrumptious, beautifully presented. Can’t wait to go back. Well worth the hour drive for us.
