Late review. For the fact I was really saddened at the service offered here. I went on new years we had reservations for 2. Was sent into a corner that was suffocating, a table that wobbled, and a waitress that had no manners an was completely rude showing now interest in helping me or my now ex not once refilling our water. She had no smile the entire time we were there an it wasnt till we showed a 20$ tip to be generous that her face lit up with a smile. This is why im posting so late as not to have someone introuble. Regardless I had scallops asparagus an fried ravioli, which wasnt that amazing, the only thing that was good was the desert which was a cheesecake with a chocolate shell an a strawberry reduction. The asparagus was uncooked so much that the tip were the only part edible on them sadly.

To start off with our beer mugs were very frosty. So our beer was wonderful. Then we had the Bruschetta appetizer. That was the bomb. My GF had the Steak Frito. Well that was really bad. The meat was not tender and very chewed. Plus there was not much meat but cartilage. Needless to say that dinner was not finished. My dinner on the other hand was delicious. I had the Southern Strip, it was tender and moist. Sorry GF! Our desert was alright. Cheese cake seemed a bit old. As well as the ice cream on mine.

Back in 2010-11 I spent 7 months in Moses Lake and this was a place we dined at many times. The food was always spectacular but it’s sadly no longer the same. The menu is very limited and simplistic, almost like a bar menu. I opted for the special which was filet mignon with coconut shrimp. The steak was not very flavorful even with the bacon wrapped around it. On a brighter note, the beer is nice and cold and wine selection was nice too. This was the second time I’ve gone back there since 2011 and it’s been disappointing both times. If I just want a cold beer with a golf course view I might go back but not for a meal.

With all the same old restaurants within town, it is nice to drive an extra five minutes and go to a place that has such great ambiance, customer base, service, and beautiful backdrop of the golf course. Great food. Good prices. Great people. Highly recommended.

Servers were wonderful, sitting out on the patio on a warm Sunday morning was wonderful. Meal service was very slow, but other than that, would recommend going for brunch.

An invite and an impromptu lunch at pillar Rock with the dear friend of mine, led to a great memory. She had a steak and salad and vodka gimlet. Superb as I got to have a little taste. The steak was cooked perfectly rare which is hard to do in some places. The salad was fine quality, delicious and beautiful to look at. I had the bang bang shrimp tacos. They were pretty good. Lastly the best part was the service and the cleanliness and the beauty of the restaurant. It’s a luxury item to go out anymore no matter what. But that was definitely a great experience
