I’m going to say it was probably an off night, but the pizza still tasted good. We stopped in after a long day in the car driving down for vacation. As pizza lovers and not ones to pass up something convenient we ordered ahead by over an hour so it would be ready when we got there. This is where the off night comes in. We heard the workers talking about orders that got lost in the shuffle. I think ours was one of those. It looked very hastily thrown together and wasn’t totally done in the middle crust area. All in all it still tasted fine I just don’t think it was their best product. I would eat again.

So, I was a bit sceptical based on recently reviews and also the owners response to past reviews however I thought I would give it a shot. We were staying in Crystal Towers and decided to get pizza so we went to Janico’s pizza. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and it was roughy $21.00. I wouldn’t say the pizza was anything crazy amazing but it also was not bad by any means. I had a slice along and our little guy had 2 slices. If you are in the area and would like pizza I would give them a shot regardless of the past reviews. I know that some businesses have has a hard time getting decent staff so maybe that was the issue? If you are in the area looking for pizza I’d give them a try.

For a small, quaint pizza shop in a tourist place, the food was phenomenal! Pizza had a wood fire hint to the crust (got the all-meat), the pepperoni roll was definitely loaded with pepperonis! And the sweet-hot wings had a solid heat without burning your face off.

Good pizza! A little burnt on the edges but no complaints out of anyone who ate it. A little pricey. We paid $96 for 5 pizzas but it’s hard to feed a few families for any less than that. Recommend to call ahead to order. I believe it’s a “carry out” only establishment. Highly recommend.

I ordered online was given a 7:13 pick up time. Arrived at 7:15 to pick they didn’t have it ready till 7:55. The young girl at the counter was the rudest person I have every met. Next time I’m in Gulf Shore will order our pizza from someplace else. Your rude counter help dosen’t compensate for your pizza. If you order be prepared to be ignored and treated rudely. When I asked her to cancel my order and refund my card,I was told 7 more minutes well that wasn’t true it was an additional 15 minutes. The parking is a joke there really isnt any. Customers are the reason why you are in business.

We ate here while vacationing at Crystal Shores next door. Was really hoping it would be good simply because it was right next door but nope…$42 for some of the most tasteless pizza we’ve ever had. We would have come out better putting a Dijorno in the oven. Then the pizza came in this huge box so we thought the pizza itself would be huge also but again, nope. Don’t waste your time. It’s not worth it at all.

Worst food ever. There was a bug, appeared to be a dead fly lying under the bread. Advertised as cheesy bread, it was hard dry bread sticks, small with a slice of cheese half melted on top, with a large dead fly lying under it. The pizza of doughy crust, little toppings and everything slide to the center. Poor quality. When I called they said they didn’t know to refund, so she would have someone call us. No response back at all. Please don’t order here, it was really expensive and not good at all.

First off, we did not receive our food within the 100 min quoted time we were given so I called to check on the food. They said it would be 10 mins til our food was ready so I asked if I could just pick it up bc who knows when we would receive it. I got there just over 10 mins after talking to them and they said it was in the oven. The ladies at the counter were rude and I could here them talking about us in the kitchen. I asked for a refund on the delivery fee and the girl wanted to refuse and said I wasnt charged one bc it wasnt on the receipt that she held up to my face, however I had a receipt on my phone that had it itemized and it was there. It was over 130 mins total time before we received our food and one of our pizzas was suppose to be thin crust. I asked them first to make sure if it was thin crust and they said no. I told them it was not what we ordered and they asked me what I wanted them to do about it? Who acts like that? The food wasnt even that outstanding. Definitely will not order here again!
