We love our Dunks and Dunks crew. We go everyday and they are all so nice, attentive, fast service and so friendly. Our dogs and 3 year old love the treats they get. Never any issues with our orders.

Staff was nice, but the large ice coffee was horrible. I tried it twice (I really wanted it) but it tasted burnt. I don’t know if that’s even possible with their machines but it was horrible. I even had my husband try it, yep burnt. Had to throw a large coffee out. Still craving one.

I went to another Dunkin location and they unfortunately they made my food wrong and I do have a severe allergy and of course didn’t notice until further down the road. So I came to this location and told them what happened. Chantel at the cash register wasn’t irritated with me or the other store. She didn’t act like I was a bother. She was more than happy to help and she was so sweet with the best personality! And Cordel (hope I spelled that right) the cook was so awesome and made sure to ask my allergies again to be safe. I know it might be small to other people but I work in the industry and it’s refreshing to see people caring about what they do and other people! This store is lucky to have such awesome employees!

Hiring more people is for higher efficiency. This store is just the opposite. There are so many people standing there laughing and laughing. No one cares about making a cup of coffee for 3 minutes. What else does your boss earn? The rules inside are out of order. I wish you good luck, boss good luck.

I go here occasionally when I am done with work at 5a.m. I try not to go before 5:15, even though they open at 5. I always get an egg and cheese croissant. It is usually satisfactory, nothing spectacular. I have ordered the hash browns 2 times. The first time was months ago and they were excellent. The 2nd time was last week and the hash browns were disgusting and inedible. I’m pretty sure the grease was rotten. I did not have time to make a trip back there, so I just threw them away. I can not describe the flavor except maybe rank. Not a pleasant experience.

So I went picked up an online order and placed one there. Three coffees that aren’t made right (not enough cream in them or almost no sugar in them). Then I ordered a sausage EGG and cheese sandwich. I got it opened it up and I had NO EGG on my sausage EGG and cheese sandwich. And then the guy that handed me the food looked like he hated himself and the job and just slammed the window closed after he put it out to me. Just got to the one over on Nova.
