This branch stopped putting butter on the bagel for you and the butter they serve is too hard (not soft enough) to spread yourself. This is a nightmare to try and accomplish while also driving. Much better off waiting in line at Gunther Tooties who still provide services such as spreading the butter for you.

Great iced mocha latte. Coffee was hot. Got the wrong bagel and there was no sign indicating take out only. We sat at a table with no sign and were told that section was closed. We moved to the other side where half of the tables had signs that said closed for distancing. We sat at a table without a sign and were told all tables were closed. Better communication for patrons, please.

Service was horrible. Started to walk out after waiting 10 minutes for a coffee and there was only one person (which was waiting on a hot coffee and bagel in front on me). Made the coffee wrong, gave me the wrong muffin, was trying to correct her by telling her blueberry not corn and she snatched the bag out of my hand and just threw my muffin in the same bag and then threw it on the counter and walked away. Never walked back as I was trying to get her attention to fix my coffee (she gave me black when I asked for cream). Decided to just walk out and go to the one at the Mobil station in plymouth before work. They apologized for the place and offered a new coffee free when I just asked them to put cream in it.

This used to be my go-to Dunks. They always made my coffee perfectly and almost never messed up my order. The one time they did mess it up, they went above and beyond to rectify it. However, this location has gone downhill. I don’t recognize any of the staff anymore, they overcook the breakfast sandwiches and hash browns, and the coffee is weak. So disappointed!
