Excellent customer service ❤️ I’d like to give a shot out to 2 of their employees Doug & Aaron!! It was my daughter-in-law’s birthday so we ordered pizza and wings and had a painting party. They forgot one of our sets of wings. I called them and we realized that they never even charged me for that set. So for the mess up in the confusion they immediately dropped another order down and got them to me within 17 minutes. No argument no blame game just pure honest-to-god good customer service. I’m also in the restaurant industry so I know how hard it is and what they have to put up with so for them to handle it and such a great Manor I truly appreciate❤️ they forever have a lifetime customer right here. Oh yeah and btw their antipasto salad is off the chain!!

My manager ordered food for our work and they forgot the chicken for my chicken Cesar salad. When she called to let them know about it the man on the other line said “let me check to see if they remembered it” or something similar… it was weird because why would we lie about the missing chicken. But anyways, another man delivered the chicken an hour later so I’m happy

My husband and I have been trying all of the pizza places around us to find the one that we think is the best. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and bread sticks. It was well worth the 20 minute drive for us. We will be back again and again. The crust was perfect, the sauce was delicious, and they used so much cheese and a great amount of toppings. The bread sticks were to die for!! Do not skip out on them!! Langel’s prices are also some of the best compared to other pizza places in the area. I can’t wait for our next pizza night here already!!

I used to absolutely love Langel’s. But if I’m being completely honest the last time I ordered it was just ok. The sauce was different, as was the crust. It was dry and tasteless. I’m going to think about ordering from them one more time but if it’s the same experience as the last, I don’t foresee myself being a repeat customer.
