Ordered online here on 4/24/23 for delivery to my job. I ordered a grilled cheese. Paid for extra meet with instructions to add ham. Tell me why I get a chicken and ham sandwich no cheese at all. I called that day and asked if they could deliver what I ordered as I was starving and was told no. Told I would receive a refund for 29.71 and 8 days later still nothing. I gave them the opportunity to make it right and now I’m hunting down people for my money with still no resolution after I called yet again today.

Well, I’ve ordered a sandwich with a lot of added ingredients, all I got is a sandwich with no additional ingredients slapped meat with cheese, mushrooms and no answer or call back when calling for 30+ minutes. Thanks for making a simple task look super hard! Do not recommend going there.

This is a really nice Potbelly. It’s bright and open, with some very pretty tables and a nice long bar for if you’re eating alone. The entire shop was sparkling clean in every detail and the employees were all friendly and quick. One employee was making a large order and I could not believe how fast she was moving! No wasted motions, everything perfect – I swear she was putting a sandwich together every 10-15 seconds! She paused just long enough to make mine – which was hot and yummy and exactly right (a few people don’t know what “light” mustard means) – then was right back at it.

Food is good. It could have been better. They were a little heavy handed on the mayo. It was dripping out all over and it was watery. I do question cleanliness. I have never seen anyone cleaning the tables, in any of the potbelly’s, I’ve been at. It was cold inside and felt like the air conditioner was on.

I wish I could give half a star. Every time I order online, they get my order wrong. Recently I ordered three sandwiches, one ham on whole wheat and two other turkey sandwiches one whole wheat and one on white. I get my sandwiches and the ham is on white and the turkeys are whole wheat when CLEARLY ON THE PRINT OUT, the turkey should have been on white bread. Also, another time I ordered a sandwich with turkey and avocado which is extra and I get home and my sandwich just has ham and cheese and I paid extra. I’m sorry but this has been the most horrible potbelly I’ve been too. Like you’d think they can read the print out of the online order correctly. Its not like there is an error in hearing the order. It’s written out in front of their faces. I’m honestly disappointed

Used outdoor seating. Had the apple walnut salad and a sandwich called ‘the wreck’. Both were well made with lots of good ingredients (you have choice over most) Bread was fresh, toasted and delicious. Visited the Orland Park store on LaGrange Rd. It’s been years since I’ve been to a Potbelly’s. However, I will be returning very very soon!

Ordered their chicken club and roast beef club and they both came with spicy sauce and jalapeños which were not ordered or listed on the menu. 1) if I wanted something spicy I would have ordered it that way and 2) this is dangerous for anybody with food allergies or gastric issues. Will not be ordering here again thanks
