I had ordered 4 pizza’s for carry out and they told me I’d be ready in 12/26 minutes, when I got home and opened them all the cheese on them was warm and the bread of the pizza was chewy like a little tough to chew, the toppings were smashed down on the pizza like they all have been sitting for a while they were not even hot at all wasted money

This is my go to when I don’t want to cook and I have to say the staff here is professional, friendly and on point. I’ve ordered a few times at the Rio Rancho Dominos and they need to take some lessons from the Dominos on Rio Bravo. The pizza is always fresh and popping hot, exactly as I ordered, perfect amount of toppings and delicious. Shoutout to Isaiah for always curing my pizza fix with his excellent pizzas! And to Andres for prompt, friendly and professional service and delivery!! Keep up the great work guys!!

This is the worst Dominos in town. Do not order here. Kimberly can not read the order correctly. Amy can not hear your correction right. How do you get cinnamon breads from parmesan breads? How can you answer a phone saying we are busy you have to hold for a long time then hang up? Order from the Coors location!

Upset because my food took a long time to get delivered but that’s only cause the delivery driver got a flat tire. And I got the wrong sauce with my boneless wings. I was given sweet icing instead of the sweet habanero sauce.

I ordered some habanero wings which are my favorite and they gave me buffalo. I didn’t check the order there yes that might have been my fault but they always give me the correct order and I didn’t find it necessary. I am not the person to do much bad reviews but I called and the girl was super rude. She said you have to bring the Buffalo wings so they can give me the habanero. I got upset because I would have to waist my gas in order for them to give me the wings I first ordered and have to return the ones I already touched. That does not seem fair at all and she rudely said well thats the only way or we can just give you a credit and I’m like fine just do the credit because I don’t even want to go anyway just letting you know you guys are the ones that made the mistake. All I say is why be rude about it if you guys are the ones that made the mistake.
