We came for dessert for my sons 12th birthday and what a cool place! The strawberry cheesecake sundae was HUGE (even though it said it was for 2 people, I swear 4 people could eat it), we loved the chocolate fondue, and the rainbow cake had skittles on it! The crowning jewel was the giant bubbling fishbowl! Definitely a great experience!

We had THE BEST time tonight! Group of 6 with a Friday night reservation. We got sat quickly, beautiful ambiance, energetic atmosphere, exciting drinks! It’s true the food was not incredible but it also wasn’t bad. We all ate every bite of our meals. Our server Patrick was so amazing! He was very attentive, efficient, professional, and pleasant. The most unique thing Sugar Factory offers other than the outrageous over the top drinks and desserts is the singing atmosphere for bdays. Every 30 min the staff came out to another song jamming to wish someone a happy bday. We even saw a proposal tonight after the staff came out and performed a quick awesome little hip hop routine. I enjoyed it very much and can’t wait to come back. I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I honestly think people these days are ungrateful. Perspective is everything. Updated as of 05/12/2023: Good service! They still don’t have French Onion Soup still but the waitress said they are removing it from the menu. This time I got the Margarita Flight – full size margaritas. They were good….worth the money even though the Ocean Blue was not my favorite. The sampler platter was large and very tasty. Increased stars review because it was a good experience and lots of people out having a good time. Good atmosphere.

I brought my son for a lunch date while back to school shopping and we had a great experience. So fun inside! We shared the rainbow sliders and fries and a side salad. He got the Cookie Monster shake which was pricey but amazing. We brought home the donut and cookie and extras from the top. Good service, we will be back for a special occasion.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly faces and Javia our server was great with his service and also giving his suggestions with the menu. It’s pretty pricey, but information is also available online so for foodies like me, you know what to expect. I believe Kelly was the assistant manager and she was super sweet as well.
