Had dinner at peak time on their second Saturday open and it was great! Food, service and drinks were all exceptional. My girlfriends and I shared 2 appetizers, the tomahawk steak which was definitely enough for 3-4 people with the 3 sides ordered. The menu is a la cart for the steaks, burgers and sides. We also shared dessert and got two cocktails each. I highly recommend reservations since there were several large parties. The restaurant did not feel over crowded or too loud even with the big groups it was hosting. It was not an inexpensive meal but was definitely worth the bill. I’ve already made plans to eat there again. Valet parking was included at the Embassy suites entrance. Just let them know you’re headed to Hand Cut!

Perfect date night spot at Hand Cut! Our server, Isabelle was on point with her recommendations. We shared the ahi stack for an appetizer and it was delicious! I ordered the Hand Cut classic burger while my husband enjoyed the Sea Bass. We can’t wait to go back! Our favorite cocktail was definitely blackberry mojito!

It was my first time visiting Hand Cut last night with a friend and we both loved it! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted kindly by Kevin and taken right to our table. The place is awesome, very elegant and I love the high ceilings and beautiful live music. Great atmosphere and aesthetic! The cocktails were delicious and the side of brussels were to die for. Get the sea bass! You absolutelyyyyy won’t be disappointed. The staff here is excellent. The AGM, Kevin, checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our meal and our server William took great care of us, answered all our questions, and gave us good recommendations for cocktails and food. They really know what they’re doing here. Kevin, William, and the rest of the staff along with the super yummy food and drinks MADE my night. Give them a raise!!!! I’ll be back, I can’t wait to try everything on the menu.

Outstanding dinner with my brother! The service was really great from start to finish, we shared a nice tuna & avocado starter then a cut of sirloin with black truffle butter which was insane. Good wine choice too we had a lovely Nappa valey red our server recommended. The steak was the highlight, cooked superbly with a nice charcoal finish, and accompanied with brilliant truffle mash & Brussels sprouts (which maybe had a touch too much oil & slightly overdone). The meal was so filling we couldn’t touch a desert! Only let down was no coffee after dinner which felt strange for a high-end place, and being downtown it had a mix of dress codes which felt conflicting with some the very high prices on the menu. We did have to ask the right person for water etc which as a tourist you don’t know leading to small delays. All in all it was a really nice experience with a great live band and lovely atmosphere with friendly helpful staff, I’d definitely make a b line for this next time I’m in town!
