This place gets busy on a Friday night. Even though the pizza is the BEST I’ve ever had at a local chain, the last two times I’ve ordered pizzas, they have been totally burnt on the bottom. The reason I mention this with 5 stars is because they stand by their product! You’ll read enough reviews about how good the food is. I want to tell you how great the service is. The second time I got a burnt pizza I decided to complain and they, without question, not only delivered a fresh pizza in the 20 minutes promised, they didn’t even ask me for payment! Best pizza and outstanding customer service! We are customers for life!

Omg went there today on the way to a kids play date. Picked up pizzas to celebrate the last day of vacation – every single one was swimming in grease and all were very undercooked bordering on raw near the center. The kids were so upset and someone could have been seriously sick… called and was not apologized to and was told to bring them back if we wanted a refund….will never go there again.

I’m changing my review. Recently Lisa’s is unable to fill orders properly. Maybe it’s under new management but items ordered are not delivered and things not ordered are delivered. The fried clams are clumpy… all stuck together and not crunchy but mushy. I’m sorry but I can no longer recommend this establishment.

I used to go here as the food was decent. Suddenly the quality became poor: They kept putting the wrong toppings on my pizza, one time they did not cook the pizza well enough to it was just dough for crust. I hope the quality returns.
