Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Placed my order on the mobile app and when I got there, I paid for it and they claim it didn’t come up in their system. I showed them on my bank app that it charged me and they said they don’t care. They proceeded to be rude and not explain anything else to me and refused to give me my food. I asked for the corporate number and I was told “you’re not getting anything from us, get out”. I found the number myself and reported them. This was the worst experience I’ve had at any food service place. I don’t understand how this place is even open still. How can Pizza Hut allow people that treat customers like this to continue to represent them? This place doesn’t even deserve a one star. Absolutely ridiculous.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with customer service. I ordered on the app and paid with a card in the store. They money came out of my account, but because the payment didn’t process in their system they refused to give me the pizza even though I could prove the money had left my account, and I did not have enough money in that account to pay for it again. They were clearly not going to try and solve the situation so we walked out. My boyfriend walked back in to get the number to corporate and the MANAGER said we weren’t getting anything from him and that he could get out of the store.

I ordered a large extra cheese and seasoned sausage pizza that was delivered by Uber eats. The pizza has cheese and sausage in the middle of the pizza. They didn’t seal the box so I’m not sure if it’s safe to eat this pizza or not. When the pizza was delivered, the car had two females and one handed the box to the driver. I don’t know if it’s safe to eat something I’m paying $35 for. Thanks a lot

I ordered a large supreme pan pizza well I got a half raw pizza I don’t know what kind of dough they used was terrible. It had a total of 6 pieces of pepperoni and 5 pieces of sausage chucks on it raw bell pepper. What a shame pizza hut has gone to this level. I got it on Garnes ferry Rd carry out location

Pizza arrived 30 min after they said it would and was cold. They also have a minimum delivery amount so I had to buy two condiments for $.99 each just to get up to the min amount. Fortunately, there are plenty of other pizza restaurants to choose from next time.

If you want your food on time don’t order from them!! This is the fourth time my order has been 2hrs or more late. Was suppose to be delivered. Then they didn’t want to give a refund when I had to come in and pick my order that was over 2hrs late!! Pizzas and pasta cold when I did end up having to come in today to get.

Needs to be investigated by corporate and law enforcement. They seem to pride themselves on sending out completely wrong orders and items. Then won’t lift a single pinky up to help. No refunds. Nothing. Essentially a pizza place fronting as a scam.
