Was extremely disappointed. Ordered a couple of sandwiches after we were both told they didn’t have our first choices of hot roast beef and soup. Took over an hour to get our sandwiches and it came after others who got there more than 20 minutes after we did had already been served their meals. Servers never offered to refresh our sodas until after we got our food. No apologies for the long wait. The tenderloin sandwich had really no flavor, and my wife said her Philly sandwich wasn’t that good either. Won’t be going back there.

Great food, fair prices, kind and attentive service! Got the steak skillet, sourdough toast and some coffee. Little bit of Tabasco and it took me right back to childhood breakfasts with my dad. Will definitely come back; the meatloaf at the buffet looked great and I watched 6 working men in a row take goodly portions of it, so it must taste great, too!

This little restaurant packs a punch of great food and awesome service. My family and I have been in Monticello for a few months, and this was the first time we visited, but certainly not the last. The biscuits and gravy are incredible, and the meat lovers omelet was packed. If you are hungry and find yourself near Monticello, stop here. You won’t regret it!

Great home cooked comfort food. Had the meat lovers skillet which includes thinly sliced fried potatoes on the bottom. Then, covered with shredded cheese and two eggs. Mine were sunny side up. So delicious. If you ever get down this way, be sure to stop. Lunch and dinner are also served.

Good stop with good food. Nice staff. They had a lunch hour buffet running when I was there but I chose to eat off the menu. The waitress was very nice and gave me some time. I enjoyed my cheeseburger very much and I had cheese curds as my side and they were awesome.
