Drove an extra 15 minutes to this sonic due to closer sonic being out of what I wanted. Pulled up to the menu and was asked to hold. When they were ready for me to place my order the lady told me she couldn’t hear me so I spoke up and she then stated that if I was going to yell she wasn’t going to take my order and refused to provide service. Called and asked to speak to the manager and she informed us that she was the one that refused our service and her name was Shelby that we could call the 1-800 sonic number. I have never been so appalled.

They need to update their times bc they are NEVER open at the times listed. I’ve came through on Monday several times. Says they open at 6am but at 615 they are not open. Even called them once and they confirmed they “opened” at 6am. If you’re not available to serve then you’re not open. If your hours state you’re open at 6am then you should be serving food at that time. Which also means you should arrive BEFORE 6am to get things prepared. Any other restaurant opens at the time they say and are ready to serve food. Came through today and the lights are on. Screens off. Phone off. Looking at me through the window. I’ll be contacting GM
