Really dirty. They need to clean the tables up inside and out. Over priced for nothing. They give you a small amount of rice and beans for 8 bucks in a bowl. This includes no protein other than rice and beans. Please do better.

I order lunch from here sometimes (a veggie bowl) and my order is always correct, although my requests for extra cheese and rice are always ignored. The service however, is horrible. The young people who work there have no attention to detail, and do not appear to care.

Order ToGo on app, grabbed my order, went home. No chips i ordered. Pinto beans tasted like they werent cooked at all chicken had some hard pieces in it, who know what that was, in short a gross 3 taco meal, what waste of money, i wont eat there again!

The portions here are much smaller than all the other Chipotles I’ve ever been to. It’s still enough for a meal, but you might not have any leftovers. Online ordering for pickup via their app is fairly easy. Too bad there is no option to put the lettuce on the side though. Tortillas now cost 25 cents to add to a bowl, so they aren’t free any more.

Go to the chipotle in San Pedro to be honest this one is really bad if u go at night they don’t have half the ingredients they give u the tiniest portions of all chipotle’s and everytime I order lettuce they give me a stump. They really need to step up their game at this chipotle

I have always thought the burritos were large however this is a huge swing (see picture). It was also the wrong meat and missing ingredients. I get that mistakes are made but this is after I get hassled everything I order my son a build your own taco. Cheese and salsa are not sides, they should be part of the meal or at least give me the option to add them (at a cost).

This location is the ‘red headed stepchild’ of Chipotles in the southbay. However I’ve had good experiences here in the past year or so. Food is fresh and made quickly. New menu items are tasty. I haven’t had any screwed up orders. Online ordering seems to work better than in the past. The rewards system is nice you can get free entres and sides if you are a regular customer. Portions seem normal in this post inflationary apocalypse. Keep in mind food and raw materials are going up every day.
