Brought my dad for his birthday. We got there and hour before close and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I called my dad the birthday boy and at the end they brought a dessert for him and sang happy birthday without being asked. The food was really good.

Cancun’s restaurant might be a little out-dated but their food is still great! They have been consistent since I was in high school and I graduated in 96′. Friendly wait staff; clean but out-dated restrooms, but it’s still my go-to spot for Mexican food in Lake Charles. The Nachos Cancun is plenty of bang for your buck! I bet you can’t finish them. Mrs. Linda’s tacos are one of my favorites.

My husband and i went to Cancun today and while our pina coloda didnt taste right it tasted like sweet water, his food came out good, mine on the other hand tasted sour idk if it was the sour cream or the guacamole but it was so nasty. The atmosphere looked dirty; it looked like the ac vents above us hadn’t been dusted in months. I will never go to this place again. The waitresses were nice though.

Cancun is very dated. It looks rough on the outside. The bathrooms have a smell. I’m not talking about normal bathroom smells. I’m talking smells like sewage or something wrong with it. The waitstaff was good. The food was okay. Just okay. The margarita was not good. It had too much sour something in it. Also, I absolutely hate that you can’t see the what you are paying for. They need a major update if they will compete with the market and the new place that is opening next door. Also they had about 9 cats outside by the dumpster.

The food is good enough, but the service a little eh and if you don’t get the lunch special it feels very pricey. Building is a little eh on the outside but the inside is fine. No wobbly chairs and tables and pretty clean overall.
