We ordered online and as soon as we pull up the guy on drive-thru just Said “yea we’re out of exactly what you ordered” and when we asked for clarification he said again that they are just out of exactly what we ordered. We asked for a refund let’s just see if we actually get one.

This location is literally night and day compared to the one off of atascocita road. Service was fast and food came out hot. Young girl that served us was polite and kind. It baffles me how much can change by simply driving a mile down the road. Avoid the location off of atascocita road at all costs go to this one!!!

This was my SECOND time coming here and ordering my fav Orange Cream Slushie and the young lady brought me a cup that was not full. This drink is $4 for a small. Some locations use the bubble top lid and some use regular drink lid but either way they USUALLY are overflowing. So this time I said something. I asked her to please finish filling up the cup, it’s a whole inch n half from the top !! So she looked at me crazy but she took it inside and brought it right back out and it was full but it was runny and it’s not supposed to be but at this point I was afraid to send it back thinking they’d put something in it out of spite, so I just drove off. I buy these drinks EVERY single day from different locations but this location I have not been back to. Yes it’s just four bucks but it adds up. When you buy drinks from the store aren’t they full ? Exactly.

We waited 15 minutes for 4 drinks and a popcorn chicken. When we got our drinks the slushes were just liquid. We asked to have them replaced and waited another 15 to get slushes that weren’t much better and no explanation or offer to fix it.
