Placed an order online (@5:15p), but went way too early to pick it up. I offered to cancel the online order and place an order then (around 4:40p). They took my order and said they would make it ahead of time, which they did (after 3 carryout and 2 drive-thru orders). I was a little disappointed to have waited for it, but what really made my heart sink was that for one of the order requests left out an entree on 2 entree plate and had majority lo mein with 2 stocks of broccoli and 1 kale leaf (supposed to be half and half). The food was good, but was just disappointed with not fulfilling order requests.

The family combo has SO MUCH food. If you’re looking to feed about 4-5 people, that is a good option. They do tend to get busy, but if you go through the drive-thru, they’ll have you pull up and bring your food to you.

We went before 9pm, fotos was still good, though rice bowl was almost empty, and It looked dry. It’d be better if that bowl got removed so customers wouldn’t get that impression as not fresh food.

I arrived in the Drive thru at 10:29, literally seconds before opening. When I’m advised that they are still closed and open at 10:30. Said I understood and wouldn’t mind waiting. They then tell me I’m not allowed to wait in the DT, I notice it is now 10:30. And I say well you’re open already, I’d like to place my order. She tells me she won’t serve me and I need to drive around and get Back in line… the jeep behind me was also not allowed to order. Why was I punished for being early?? Would they do the same if I was waiting outside the door to dine in? DO BETTER!!!!!

By far the worst panda express I’ve ever been to!! I order a bowl broccoli and beef with chow me in .. It had fly eggs the beef had fly eggs nd it was for my toddler to eat!! Thank God I saw them . I havent even called to.ask for a meal replacement or nothin . I’ll never go to that restaurant again . Weslaco has always been my go to go place bt I decided to go to this one since it was closer . Also worst customer service ever those employees r rude ! They need to be more careful with the food . And if ur not happy with ur job u should just quit and look somewhere else where u dont gotta deal with ppl !!

Love panda but not this location. Paid $25 for a plate and a bowl, I had the exact same amount of food as the bowl. My beef and broccoli was just broccoli. I was on my lunch break so no time to complain. Do better!!

Serving size are so small, they put very little noodles and rice if you ask for half and half. You pay $10 for a plate but it’s the same amount as a bowl. Orange chicken had a weird texture, crispy and chewy. Most or the pieces were just the breading no chicken inside, and didn’t have enough sauce. I thought it was a one time thing due to it being lunch time and maybe they were busy, but I went again and same issue.

I love Panda but this location sucks, size portions are smaller than other locations…the few times I’ve been there rice is hard not well done etc. Oh not to mention customer service is not the greatest either, no people skills. I live close by there and I rather go to the Weslaco location.
