Small portions and overcooked or over proofed bread sticks. I love pizza hut because their crust is so crunchy and the toppings are awesome, but higher prices and smaller portions kinda killed it for my big family. Still awesome for a couple or some teens on their own or a very young family, but if you’re trying to feed a crowd you’re out of luck if you want to keep costs down. That being said service was great here and the place was clean so honestly their problems are more corporate than location.

The melts are nothing like the commercial. Expected meaty fold over like a pan supreme. We ordered meat lovers and a chicken bacon. Hardly any meat. No bacon to be found. Very disappointing. Store is dirty most times when we visit. Staff behind counter seem clueless. One nice young man has been there twice. Rest are rather rude. Won’t order these again. Believe the commercial is false advertising. Not what you get. Marinara sauce was watered down also. Not good.

What has happened to you Pizza Hut? This place is disappointing! I remember when Pizza Hut was a restaurant, not a fast food place! No menus, non-existent staff, and outrageous pricing! Was initially overcharged, corrected that, received our meal and had no dipping sauce for boneless wings! Went to get some and was charged extra! Who doesn’t offer dipping sauce for hot wings? At least one! Nope! Had to find someone to get a box and then they wanted us to use a smaller box for their “big box” meal. Very disappointed and won’t go back!

Service was slow. There was very little sauce in the pasta, the cheese on the pasta and bread sticks was burnt. They left out the container of sauce I paid for. I don’t think I’ll visit this location again. I visited a couple of years ago and they messed up my entire order. Seems to be a pattern with the new management.

This is a total Rip-Off of a pizza hut!!!!! $13 dollars for a less than adequate Melt that only costs $7.49 at any other pizza hut. Plus, they refused to provide an itemized receipt . Two big thumbs down on this Dump!!!!

Every time I try to call to place an order it goes straight to a call center outside of the USA. I’m sorry for being so politically incorrect but I can’t even understand half of what they’re saying. What ever happened to just calling the local Pizza Place and talking to them and ordering a pizza for delivery or pickup. Good grief.

The discount code wouldn’t work on the app for this location. They ruined the pizzas & had to remake them while we waited 1 of 2 were wrong (50%) on the redo & they were over done. Not thrilled.

My pizza was excellent and cooked to a nice brown never under or over done. I had to wait a little longer due to an oven issue but I was offered a free drink. The employees were very nice and did a good job!

The melts are fantastic! Order was hot. One thing I had to overlook..every time I use the suggestion box for details on how I want the order they never follow it..like cut >to squares or add sauce inside of melt. I always ask if they did and they say yes but when I get home..not the way I ordered and not cut into squares!

Disappointed during latest visit. We ordered a salad each, and when it arrived, there was no dressing or none offered. The mix of ingredients was good, but a dry salad just wasn’t what we were looking for.
