Yum! I got a bowl with adobo chicken. Jess served me and she was so nice and it was just an all around delightful experience. Just had my first burrito and must say, huge portions! Big plus. quite good and the tomatillo sauce is amazing. Mostly I am writing because of the customer service. It was awesome. The loveliest gal. She was friendly, helpful and extremely fast. I need to mention this because I tried to stop once before but the woman at the window was so rude, she actually scared me off. I don’t scare easy. My love for burrito made me give it a second try. So glad I did cuz mean lady is gone, few people ever write about a positive experience and they deserve it because the the woman working there now made it a very positive experience. (blonde hair/nose ring… if this gives her any points, she deserves it.)

Wow! What a find! This was my second trip to the Burrito Republic. This time I had the burrito bowl with chicken as my protein, came with black beans, rice, salsa & cheese. It was goooood! I also tried the pickled veggies which were fresh and spicy, I loved it.

Cool little spot! Order online or on the kiosk and customize your Burrito, Bowl, or Salad. Try their Hot Macha Salas and their Hot sauce is phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back!

Ordered online, arrived at the store about 20 minutes after placing the order like it said to do online. Order wasn’t even started and the lady working there told me it would be an additional 10 minute wait because it was a “big order.” There were no other customers waiting and I had only ordered 2 bowls. Also didn’t appreciate the attitude she gave me when she told me I had to wait.

My wife and I just had these burritos for the first time. Delicious!!! Don’t pay any attention to these Karen’s and Ken’s. Very clean, tasty, and the service and workers couldn’t be more friendly and courteous. Will be back again definitely.

Horrible Customer Service! I joked about getting candy for me, my partner, and my baby because it was Halloween weekend. The lady said only 1 per person, and babies can’t eat candy. Then she proceeded to remove the candy tray and act disgruntled after I got two. We were trying to joke while ordering food, but we didn’t buy burritos because she was off putting and very rude. We left because we don’t want her preparing our burritos.
