We got a burger meal, tacos, and a kids chicken tenders. Everything was delicious. The service was great and everyone working there was courteous. This place is beyond disappointing. My husband went to get 2 blizzards and they messed up both the sizes and the order. They didn’t bother to put in any chocolate into the s’mores blizzard or any brownies into the choco brownie extreme. The staff here is extremely lazy and unprofessional.

Disappointed. I ordered the Backyard Bacon ranch signature. Was then told to wait on the backside and they will deliver the food. No problem in thought. But after 15 minutes waiting still no food. So I went inside, told them on my prolonged waiting time and that I ordered the Backyard Bacon Ranch Signature. No excuse, no apology from the staff. After another 5 minutes they finally gave me the bag. Went to my car to enjoy my burger at home. Just to find out they give me NOT what I ordered. Instead they gave me a smashed cheese bacon burger. I was soooo disappointed. I tried to call the Market leader Brandy Wright 3x but no answer. I strongly recommend to avoid this DQ in Cleveland. TX

Horrible place to go to !!! The workers have a horrible attitude… they hate their jobs and said it when we were there. They hate when customers come.. basically got robbed… they didn’t care to refund my money so they replaced 9 dollars with FRIES can u believe it ??? ..they were talking mess while walking away because I wanted my money back they did not care whatsoever never will come here ever again

The worst location we’ve ever encountered. Almost every time we try to go, they’re out of something. We tried to get ice cream, how are they out of ice cream? At least 5 visits, they’re out of items. Just close it down if it can’t be done right. We’ll go to Livingston.

Highly advise against going to the location. Service was terrible had to repeat the order 4 times because the lady in the drive thru wasn’t paying attention. There were Flys everywhere. There was a foul smell coming from the drive thru window. The person at the window didn’t know how to use the recipes printer so he restorted to banging on which obviously didn’t fix the issue. They had no straws. They still got my order wrong after reading it 4 times back to them. The cup I got had a hole in it leaking soda in my truck. Lastly this restaurant is WAY over priced for other competitors in the area. Just save yourself and don’t stop here. Not worth it.
