I ordered x-large coffee and 50 munchkins. She charged me 50 munchkins and x-large coffee. When I picked up munchkins, box only had 22 so I asked her for refund. She ignored me at first but when I asked her again, she said she has no power to refund me. Argument got louder, then she proceed to scream at me. Am I at fault to ask for refund? What if it’s $100. Should I just walked away just because she has no power to refund? Do I know that? Where is a Manager then?

Went to Dunkin and the lovely face behind the counter took our order, made the coffee and got my wife’s coffee roll. Then onto the bagel with bacon,egg,and cheese. Made the bagel then in the process plopped a piece of wonderful yellow American cheese on the nasty counter. Which looked like it hasn’t been wiped down since doomsday. I asked to remake she was super cocky and made the sandwich again. To which she decided Then to throw the entire sandwich on the counter like a 5 year old. Up until this point I was ok and polite. I asked her why she did that again Then she ignored me then I asked her again and she smiled like the cleanliness of the counter didn’t matter. Is it that difficult to ask for a sandwich to be made on a clean damn counter. Unreal. Would never recommend to anyone.

Stopped at a gas station at 5:40pm that had a Dunkin in it and they were closing up already???? And to top it off the gas station can’t serve their own coffee because of the Dunkin being there??? WHY are they even there then?

Love this Dunkin! It is my favorite in the area. I will drive out of my way to go here. Effort Dunkin is only 5 minutes from my house but I refuse to go to that one anymore because the owner is greedy and sucks.

You NEVER know how the coffee is going to taste! Sometimes delicious, other times disgusting!!! The drive-thru has to be one of the slowest in the area. The line is Sometimes into the street, and moves slower than a snail…..

First off finally it’s a great and convenient for us location to get a coffee. Service was super fast, delicious coolatta and nice stuff. Although coffee tends to be a bit bitter at any dunkin I’ve been.
