Food was pretty good. The enchilado sauce was pretty good on the pastor. It was hot but not “hot as hell”… At least for me. Feel free to try if you’re interested. Service was good and quick. Short menu with easy to choose picks.

Why 5 stars? A passionate owner who loves what he does, flavors that are new and amazing, and spotless facility. At first, it seemed a little pricey, but once you taste the food and flavors, you’ll understand how much work goes into making quality. Alberto treats you like you’re in his home. Forget your ideas about Mexican food, this a different level. Try the molé.

Was recently working in Salt Lake city, I stopped in for some quick food. The staff was very friendly and made my meal promptly. I got the quesabirria tacos, taste and flavor was great, I struggle to find mexican food as good as southern California but this was top notch. I went back a few days later and the same experience!

My family and I are staying in Salt Lake City for the night and we were looking for a good place close to our hotel to eat and wow, I must say, this place was incredible. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted, the guy behind the counter was so receptive. Explained the entire menu to us, let us try the menu items before ordering. He went above and beyond and the food was equally as good. Everything so fresh, properly seasoned, and cooked so well. This place is extremely underrated. If you’re looking for a place to eat while you’re staying near by definitely give this spot a try. You wont be disappointed.

I made it in for the Taco Tuesday launch, and it was fantastic. I had the el pastor and shredded beef tacos and they were perfect. Street taco style, and every bit as good as any taco cart I’ve been to. The staff was really friendly and helpful, which made for a great experience. I will definitely be coming back, especially on Tuesdays when the promo is too good to pass up.
