The service was some of the worst I’ve had at a fast food chain. The old lady taking the orders was rude and disrespectful. We ordered some Mac and cheese, when we got back to our hotel and opened the bag, there was about 7 spoon fills – looked like someone had eaten most of it and just left us the scraps. There’s tons of other fast food chains where you will get served the correct proportions and people will be nice to you – I would not bother going to this Arby’s unless you want bad service and incorrect proportions for what you paid for

I had to down grade my review, I ate here for lunch and the staff were not very friendly. And my Ruben was missing most of the meat! I love me an Arby’s Ruben, but this is the first time I have had one with next to no meat on it.

Food was subpar and the entire restaurant was disgusting. I’ll never eat at that restaurant again. All of the tables were dirty, the trash was over flowing and the floors looked like they haven’t been swept in a week. I’m a manager at a restaurant and I would NEVER allow my store to look like that EVER.

Service was good and their new white cheddar Mac and cheese is absolutely to die for. It was so good and fresh. The reason I went to arbys was because of their BOGO FREE coupon in the app. I had the classic beef and cheddar with fries and added the max and cheese on as a last minute purchase.
