We were traveling and happened to see Mingos after leaving the gas station. This place has wonderful staff that politely explain to you their menu. The burritos we ordered were the best that we have even had and I wish we had this place where we live. Give it a try. You will be pleasantly surprised!

I went thru the drive thru and the ladies at the window are always so awesome!! The food is great! I cannot handle “hot” but I love flavor… The asado and spicy brisket are my favorites! Great food, great service and great prices!

If your passing through Fort Stockton I would recommend this place. The food was good and enjoyable. I would definitely prefer stopping by here than going to another fast food restaurant that you can get in any big city.

This place is a fantastic hole in the wall burrito/taco joint. The hot case was full of both breakfast and lunch burritos you could order. The tortillas were homemade and huge. I did opt for homemade beans as well as meat on my burrito. One burrito was the perfect size to fill me up. The salsa was on point. They only had one type of salsa. I would have liked to have options like a green salsa or orange.

5am and not a place open for breakfast, except Mingo’s Burritos. It’s a Subway but for burritos, from breakfast items to lunch all made fresh and for reasonable price of $3 per. Two filled me up. By 5:30am the lot was full of cars. Oh yeah, those burritos were goooood.
