I like Panda. But this new kiosk system allows for orders to stack up to a ridiculous point. I ordered and saw that the wait time was 70 mins and of course there’s no warning so if don’t see the time before you ordered I hope you don’t have class soon. Plus the quantity of food you receive is abysmal. I paid $7-8 for a bowl and received 4 pieces of chicken

THERE FOOD IS NASTY! I ordered beef teriyaki and chicken and that tasted like jail food. I almost threw up in my own mouth.

If you’re in a pinch, you’ll be in and out quickly. However, the food is somewhat mediocre and the service is pretty poor. There are many other options in this food court that are much better.

First time going to one of these. It was a fun novelty experience and worth it for a quick bite if you like chinese food. Rice was kind of dry…

Is it healthy? No, especially if you get the orange chicken or bejing beef. But damn if it isn’t cheap, delicious, quick, and consistent.

Eh. Not too crazy about it. But the BU dining area is so bad that there’s no good alternatives. Stay away from the shrimp as it not only costs more as a “premium” meal but also tastes bad. If you don’t like sweetness, you’ll hate many of their sugar glazed menu options. In fact, now that I’m thinking about them, I’m getting a little nauseous.

I love Pandas Exps for quick casual Chinese food, but this particular Panda location was a disappointment. It may have to do with being inside Boston University’s food court, and therefore basically having a guaranteed sizable customer base. First, they got my order wrong not once, but twice. Second, the serving size in sofar as my two entree items was smaller than any other Panda I’ve been to, anywhere. Third, the chow main was stale and either poorly cooked, or else not fresh. I will surely continue visiting various Panda restaurants, but I don’t think I’d be back to this particular location.
