Randomly found this place today. It’s a truck in a gas station. I ordered 4 tacos and it ran $ 19, def seattle price. However, the food was very tasty, fresh ingredients and good in portion size. The couple running the business are very friendly. I’d come back.

Very friendly service and delicious food. Burrito is the size of a large infant, filled with rice, beans, lettuce and tomatoes paired well together with the asada. Salsa is included, and they make their own flour petal Fresca! So bomb

Delicious tacos (4 different flavors packed with succulent meat for $13), free unlimited papaya water (flavors rotate through the warm weather, and coffee is offered in cold weather), lovely staff, quick service, and adorable outdoor, shaded and fenced in garden/eating area.

Portions are amazing and the guy running it is so personable. His prices used to be ridiculously cheap too but now they’re more appropriate and it’s fair. The owner, Jose, is super sweet, and they’re doing complementary fresh watermelon juice right now (sept 2021), and he said it’ll be complimentary horchata later on this month. Their adobada tortas are my favorite ✨ Jose also said that he also does event catering with huge fruit displays, and the pictures he showed us were gorgeous.

The best vegetarian taco I’ve ever had. With eggplant, zucchini, some radishes and avocado, I’m so happy my friend told me about this foodtruck at the dinosaur gas station. It’s cash only. However, the family that runs this truck let me repay them later in the week because I had no cash on hand. And then, they offered some hibiscus water because it was a little hot in the afternoon. Ah! I am astounded with how hospitable, kind, and delicious this was.

the burrito we got was massive! tender, flavorful meat, excellent beans. the salsa was fantastic, i would buy the habanero in a deli container if i could. we biked up for dinner and they were sweet enough to hook up a light for our little table. the owner is a such a sweet guy. i can’t wait to come by in the summer when the outdoor seating expands!
