My fiance and I have been coming here for some years now because the food was good.. emphasis on was. The workers have always been rude, except for the one elderly man working there. Today my fiance ordered pork summer rolls as an appetizer and recieved shredded pork with barely any pork and whatever pork was there had the consistency of tofu with no flavor. We’re not the type to return food, but this was simply ‘not it’. However, when we asked to remove the food off the bill, the woman gave attitude and said no we ordered it and that was that. Their menu is misleading, they have 2 pork summer rolls, #21 (regular) and #23 (shredded), which when we ordered pork rolls, we just assumed we’d be getting regular ones (#21). They could’ve asked to clarify which of the two we were asking for, but they always seem to be bothered by customers and are in a constant rush. Anyway, they took a hit on the wrong $7 summer rolls, because we didn’t leave a tip (which felt terrible btw), we’re no longer coming back, we’re no longer recommending the place, and we’re leaving a bad review.

Good. A nice local Vietnamese place to grab a bite when you’re craving the cuisine. We occasionally come here after working out. Overall, would recommend.

All time favorite Vietnamese food. Have been coming here for years and the taste is still the same, good food. It has changed the name, back then it was pho tay ho, now it’s pho number 1. Seating and tables are still the same position and nothing has changed other than the staff. All time winner for the bbq pork.

I feel like this place is my golden standard when it comes to viet flavors. Even with the change in its name, the pho and food remains amazing. I’m just slightly upset that the portion of the rice noodles in pho seem less than what they use to be 2 years ago

Had a really good experience. The service was very nice while the staff were all very friendly and attentive. As in all places like these the service was really fast. The food was a bit different from other Vietnamese restaurants in the area, but it made it more interesting. Would definitely go back.

I love this place. I have the number one every time I go. The broth is tasty and the noodles are plentiful. The service is quick and relatively friendly. Family friendly, good for large groups or tables for two. Give it a try.

New business name bring horrible customer service. One of the rudest business in the area, absolution no respect for their customer, and only focus on tables turnover. I been coming here for decades but looks as if the owner got changed recently as the restaurant name is no longer the same. As soon as we sat down, not even 5 minutes, several individuals walked over pressuring us to order. The food came relatively quickly and taste as it always did. As soon as i was done, someone came over and asked for my plate and i simply agreed. They immediately brought the check over and proceeded to collect everyone plate without asking, assuming everyone else was done as well. We decided to have a cup of tea, while a few of us waited to use the bathroom, overall 5-10 minutes. They left us alone during this time. I decided to bring the check up in the meantime and in the process someone came over and collected the tea and took those away as well. I guess they didnt want to leave the tea out for their customers to finish and sit around any longer after they paid. They were quick to come over to collect the tips and then several individuals came over asking us to leave and to hurry up. Again, not even 5 minutes has passed since I sat down after paying the check. I understand if we sat there for 30 minutes wasting a table. Let your customer settle down first, show some proper etiquette, and you served tea so your customers can have a cup or two. I think being able to sit down for 5-10 minutes after someone just paid and supported your business isn’t too much to ask for.
