My recent experience at Dunkin Donuts in Lake Forest, IL was not great. The two ladies working there seemed unenthusiastic and uninterested in providing good customer service. When I ordered an Americano, they claimed that I had ordered a Machiatto instead, despite me clearly stating what I wanted. Additionally, they didn’t offer to give me the difference in price, and I had to ask for it myself.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had at a Dunkin Donuts. The lady at the register was clueless and rude. Service was slow and the staff members were in a horrible mood (I guess). There were no “Good Mornings” no “Thank You”. Really BAD Never going back.

(They weren’t out just refused to make them) Then couldn’t even add cream and sugar to coffee. Really disappointing. Only dunkin I’ve ever been upset with. Will never be back to this location…
