Entry was free of litter, and the design of this Chicken express was a different layout than I’m used to. I do like that the menu is right next to the parking before you enter the building which is very convenient.

My okra was hard and my fried pickles was soggy. Thank you for ruining my meal. The customer service was terrible the lady at the window rush you to order and she never greeted me properly. What a shame chicken express used to be a good place to eat but now it’s not.

This location was so clean, speedy, and friendly, and when they made a mistake with the customer in front of me, they replaced his food with extra piece of chicken. Was very apologetic about the mistake, even though it was very minor. Clean restrooms. That’s a good impression on me and my friends. Keep up the great work

Bought a 3 piece your choice chicken and asked for BBQ of course only one sauce was in bag. When I asked for another the manager was visually disturbed and said I am supposed to charge for more but gave me one more anyway.

I ordered the 25 piece family meal with two family sides and rolls. The chicken was great, but my rolls were just shoved into a bag and smashed. What was supposed to be a large mashed potatoes and large gravy was three small containers of potatoes with a teaspoon of gravy on top. When I called, the manager said that he would get us the gravy that we should have already gotten, but I would have to go back and get it. Why should I have to waist my time because someone else didn’t do their job, not to mention everything else would be cold by then? So much for taking the night off and letting someone else do the cooking. Completely ruined my evening.

This is my one of favorite fried chicken restaurant. Today I was got most fresh and hot fried chicken and biscuits which made my family happy for dinner. Another Chicken Express weren’t like this store because of bad smell of meat. The Chicken Express served me with old coleslaw so I asked refund.

I usually really enjoy Chicken Express, but I won’t be back to this one. A few months ago my wife and I ordered a 7 piece tender meal to share, when we got home it only had 5 tenders in it. We also asked for seasoning salt and they were out. Relatively small issues, not too big of a problem and not really worth messing with. Today I ordered a 4 piece tender meal and asked for seasoning salt and ketchup with it. When I got to the window I was told that the condiments are in the box. I get to my office and open the box, it only has 3 tenders and no condiments in the box. I also ended up being short on change, the cashier handed me a wad of cash with change and receipt wrapped up in it and they had a long line, so I just set it on my console and drove away instead of counting it, when I was putting everything away I discovered that I was $0.18 short. Not huge, but combined with being shorted on chicken it is a little irritating.
