I never eat here but that morning I was out of coffee. Last time that happened I went to Starbucks for the first time. I asked for regular coffee, cream only, I don’t like sweet coffee. I don’t know what they did but the coffee was sweet. I think the creamer they use is sweet but again, not everyone likes sweet coffee. Dunkin did not disappoint. The creamer was perfect and I got one of the best cups of coffee I’ve had in a long time. Ordered a breakfast sandwich also and loved it. Good bye Starbucks, Dunkin is better!

Was there Sunday morning at eleven, I was the only customer. Stood at the donut counter looking at one employee on his phone and the other one was just standing at the cash register avoiding eye contact with me. I finally had to ask her to get me some donuts. Until that point I was not even acknowledged as a customer. They had no respect for me as a customer. I feel if I would have been African-American instead of white I might have gotten better service. If you only want African American customers maybe you should post a sign outside.

I had a curbside order for a dozen doughnuts. I sat outside for 25 minutes waiting. I finally called me store number and a young lady told me they were out of one flavor and the cashier didn’t know what to substitute. Then she got busy and forgot about my order. I was very put out with these young folk.

MY Lady decided she needed donuts! So we pulled in deciding to try the new dunkin- we ordered 4 donuts a smoothy and a small iced Oreo coffee thing for the lady- the donuts “being lackluster in flavor” we’re ready no problem, however we were told to pull around and someone would bring our drinks to us. After about a 5 minute wait I walked in and the same girl who took out order at the window and took my payment tried to take my order again as I entered the establishment. I say, Mamm you may have forgotten my order. I have waited for some time outside. Of course the co-worker put the blame off on someone else and has someone else make my drinks. HERE IS THE KICKER ” if you have lasted this long throughy rambling I’m sorry” – THIS STUFF IS ALREADY PREPARED! IT’S LITERALLY IN A GIANT BLENDER CUP ALREADY MADE ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS POUR IT IN A FREAKING CUP! WHY DID I HAVE TO PULL AROUND TO BEGIN WITH??? Oh and we can also see you from the parking lot. So it’s easy to see you all laughing and having a good time while I’m just outside about to boil over like a Stewed Pot made to wait for something that should have taken you 10 seconds to pour. This will be a mixed review. We came in about 15 minutes before closing. Everyone is always nice but this was my first time having Caroline wait on me. She was aggravated b/c we were asking about what kind of donuts they had. I asked if they had jelly donuts and she rang up one donut and walked away from us and started cleaning. She was being so rude that another very sweet young girl came and took over waiting on us. Caroline was very short and unpleasant. I was so thankful the other sweet girl came and helped us. She was so sweet and very nice and made sure we had what we wanted before we left. So she gets a five star review!! My suggestion is speak with Caroline or let her go. I wouldn’t want to buy a thing for someone with her attitude.

Most of the staff are really nice especially the managers and shift leaders , they always remember my complicated order and have it ready as fast as possible , on the other hand a lot of the employees never greet customers as they walk in the door which is something they need to work on. The staff are really good with each other and do there best to help one another and be as productive as possible.
