We DON’T use gas smokers we use only wood, fire, smoke and meat to prepare our meats for you. We smoke on all oak wood during our smoking process that takes our Angus Beef Briskets up to 31 hours from start to finish…We smoke and cook regional barbecue foods, such as Texas, Carolina, Memphis, Kansas City BBQ & More.. OMG! Brisket was amazing – tender, smoked perfectly so you still tasted the beef. Slaw is good! Beans….loved them. Smoked jalapenos – look me 10 minutes to feel my lips, delicious. Burnt ends & the almond cream soda are on my list for next Friday.

This was some of the best BBQ we’ve ever had seriously. I’m so happy that my husband found this place. It’s small and quaintly appointed. Very cozy and feels like home. There is plenty of outdoor seating and they do have a hand washing area outside. Great value and some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. It’s family owned and operated. They put their hearts in this place and it shows. The staff was so friendly and seem like such amazing people. Please patronize them you will not be disappointed. I got the Texas plate with chicken, brisket and ribs OMG words CAN NOT describe how good this food is. The beans are so different and so yummy, the Mac and Cheese is wonderful and has a nice Smoky flavor, the yam souffle tasted like heaven. The amount of food you get for the price is insane. The BBQ sauce is excellent with a perfectly tangy balance. They also have homemade desserts which were out of this world good. Even the potato salad and coleslaw were great and that’s very uncommon. The Texas plates came with a can of pop. However, they also have a really unique bottled soda variety. PLEASE YOU MUST TRY THIS PLACE I now know why they have such great reviews.

The best BBQ place ever, the baked beans are out of this world. They make everything from scratch. Everyone is super nice, just what you would expect from the perfect little BBQ shed at the edge of the city. Having a hanging around adds some extra Oviedo charm.

went here for the first time after a day of fishing while my in laws were in town and once we smelled this place as we drove by we knew we had to stop in and see what was going on. immediately pulling in one gentleman was out by the smokers and even let us look inside and told us how everything was authentic and it’s family owned. love that already. as soon as we came in we were greeted with such a warm welcome like we knew them forever.. the meal options are fantastic and don’t get me started on the price!!! dirt cheap!!!!! for such good quality!!! they know what they’re doing ! i’m definitely coming back here weekly and if you haven’t checked it out but have been thinking about it, let me be the one to tell ya …. GO RIGHT NOW !!!!

Absolutely incredible! The Mac and cheese was so delicious, as well as the sweet potato salad and baked beans. The burnt ends, sausage, ribs and brisket (all in the pictures) were incredibly flavorful. The brisket and burnt ends was moist and tender, and the ribs fell off the bone! The cheddar jalapeño sausage is also a must try! I am looking forward to going back to try the pulled pork and smoked chicken! Briskets definitely rivals well-know central Florida bbq restaurants!

Tiny spot with some incredible food! Drove by and it looked solid. There’s no inside seating and parking is just a dirt lot. But that doesn’t matter, you’re here to eat amazing bbq. Brisket fell apart and melted in my mouth. Definitely the best bbq I’ve had in central Florida

The hype is real. Oviedo should look at passing legislation declaring then a city treasure! I have only been there a few times so far, but it has been such a great experience. Very friendly staff, great pricing, huge portions and the best barbecue around adds up to a winning formula.

The food tasted fantastic, very nice servers here too. My only complaint was that I felt the bowl specifically wasn’t worth the price, it didn’t fill me up. They do sell out of stock sometimes, so make sure to come here early.

Great food and great place!! A pleasant surprise. I had the brisket and Mac bowl. Came loaded with sides to choice – I had corn bread casserole, green beans, baked beans, and sweet potato casserole. Couldn’t finish it all so I have leftovers. Thank you to Bob the owner and Michelle and The Profesor for being so sweet. Highly recommend.
