THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG AND I PAYED EXTRA. I ordered two medium pizzas, and payed extra to get two toppings. One pepperoni and one pepperoni/bacon. I customized the one with pepperoni/bacon to be half and half. My name was on it but by the time I opened the pizza I was too far to return it. I couldn’t even eat the pizza because it was not what I ordered. I expect a refund because I had used my papa dough points and Apple Pay.

We had a coupon for free pizza and the pizza was fine but the employees were confused and gave us the completely wrong order and didn’t give other people their orders. I’m not sure what was going on, the employees seemed to blame one guy but it was super frustrating because it’s papa johns….

For the third time went to pick up an order we had placed online and they can’t find the order. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t use their tracker it’s useless. Tells you the order is done and it obviously is not. Their attitude is that you are the problem not the fact they don’t have the order done and ready.

I have been getting a pizza every several days for the last few months. I find getting it from the morning crew provides most excellent results. The pizza looks, and tastes phenomenal. The customer service is exceptional. Unfortunately I don’t have the same results in the late afternoon/evening

I had called to order a pizza. They informed me my pizza would be ready in 30 Minutes. I got there 10 after the tune they informed me it will be ready and it was not ready when I came to pick it up. I Wait for it for 30 minutes until I finally got it. I’m not coming here anymore. Bad customer service.
