We’ve lived in this area 40+ years and mostly had good service and quality at this Location. Ordered online for the first time and received a confirmation number. The store didn’t have record of it when I went through the pick up window. The lady working (7:30 pm 4/8/23) said no worries, sit tight. Didn’t challenge me about it, just put the order together. She was friendly, I was grateful. Good service is becoming less common these days and is important. Food was very good too !

Arby’s has changed. Food used to be so great, now it’s only good and the service is subpar at best. Whatever happened to the workers who actually “worked,” who actually cared to have a job, who actually gave good service? These kids who are employed there (can,’t say “who work there” because they have no concept or definition of the word) do not get the orders right, can’t count without the register, and have very little training in people skills. How depressing, how debilitating, how disturbing.

I have been frequenting this location a lot lately. There is a young man named Austin who has been working the drive thru most times I order. He is amazing. Service with a smile. Fast, accurate, and courteous.

the guy in the drive thru window was so lovely. i didn’t catch his name, but he was an older white guy. he asked if we’d like to donate at the speaker and we said sure! when we got to the window and tols us a little more about the organization and gave us a little flyer. you could tell he actually cared about the cause!! and the food was amazing too. just a lovely visit thanks to him!!

The food is fine, but dear Lord, the wait is terrible. Even if there aren’t a ton of cars, the wait is still incredibly long. In fact, I’m actually writing this review while waiting in line at the drive thru. Not even kidding. I’m at the speaker waiting for them to ask me for my order. I just want a couple cookies and a sprite for my GF who has an upset tummy. Is that too much to ask? I guess so man…well anyway, I gotta go, the lines moving….NOT! Still here, in the exact same spot. Just chillin’. Weather is nice at least..the car in front of me moved a bit, still no response from the speaker though….alright, finally got my order in….you’ve been warned

This location has been short staffed since 2020. Drive-thru moves sooo slowly. Often 1-2 people working at a time… I stopped going altogether. Maybe if they paid more, they’d have more coverage.

Good old school (90s) feel to the interior yet modern. Good large patio on the side. This place deserves birthdays, events, etc… it’s nice.

I really love Arby’s, especially their 2-5 happy hour, however this location was far below par. There was a promised of an open dining room, even though the doors were locked. The line for the drive trough was also way too long. The saving grace was the food (super great) but it would be better worth your time to go to the nextdoor taco bell or canes
