We did a surprise birthday party there for my husband’s 50th, and Kim did such a wonderful job making it feel special and accommodating us! She made sure we could access the room before the party and let us bring in a birthday cake and decorations. The atmosphere was cozy and felt secluded from the rest of the restaurant. I would highly recommend!

The service is wonderful, and the food is delicious. Very fresh. They also have a punch card system, which is always a plus! The only reason I am giving 4 over 5 stars is when I ordered takeout, there was a puddle of soy sauce under one of my rolls that made it soggy. This was my second time eating here and I look forward to the next time I visit.

This was my second time eating here. The food is quite good. Everything is fresh, very flavorful, and the service is spectacular. I only wish that the prices were a little bit better. It’s hard to get out of there for lunch for less than 20 or $25.

waited exactly 55 minutes for three uninspiring rolls that all tasted about the same. sake was hot when delivered, cold by the time our rolls came, was never checked in on or offered more drinks, no comp offered… hour wait for food, bland food, no service, i dont get it.

I had never been to a sushi restaurant in Portland, and not being from the area wasn’t sure where to go. After visiting with some locals in a bar, everyone agreed I had to try Bluefin. It’s really great for a quick, inexpensive lunch! I enjoyed checking the boxes for all the different selections they had and the food was outstanding. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars. #Sushi

Cute, small establishment that keeps pretty busy. The wait for our order was pretty long, but the quality of our appetizers and rolls tasted fresh and flavorful. More importantly, the sashimi was served cold.

A above average pretty Japanese sushi restaurant that had really high quality traditional style sushi as well as more contemporary American style. It all looked very good and had a really good atmosphere and the staff was really enjoyable and pleasant. I look forward to going back when I want to have a step of sushi that is above typical conveyor belt type stuff that I’m used to. This would be a great place to go on a date if you both really like sushi.
