Service with a smile is great but the Food is no longer great. I spent $60.90 today for dinner for family and it lacked flavor. Egg Foo Yung was bland, peapods overcooked, chicken fried rice was bland, and even egg rolls and crab rangoon wrappers were dry and tasteless. Please do better with food flavor consistency for the community you serve.

I phoned in my large order. I was told 15-20 minutes till pick up. I arrived on time waited for 3 minutes paid. Waited 3 minutes more and carried out my order piping hot and fresh. They were fast, friendly and ready to go; hot, fresh and delicious!

Overall, the food was good, but chicken nuggets was bad and old. It was covered in batter which cost them 1 star.The rice, also tasted like vinegar which also cost them one star.Lastly, the rice barely had any beef in it which also cost them one star. I’ve been going to the this place for years, and I’ve never been this disappointed.

Was told my food would take 20-25 minutes when the order was placed. Wasted over 45 minutes of my time, Overheard some of the issues people had with their orders, which they called-in their orders and still had to wait 15-20 minutes at times. One woman got all the way home and had to come back due to they forgot to give her the full order. They only offered her an apology, nothing to compensate her for the time/effort/gas/inconvenience of having to drive back during her dinner/family time. After a long days work you don’t want to spend 35-45 minutes waiting in a dusty restaurant for dinner. My biggest concern is, if your raking in all this money from the black consumer. Give us an updated, clean environment and great customer service. They do not give receipts so don’t expect a refund if you are not happy with your order.

I asked if I got an egg roll with my orange chicken and white rice I was told yes after I paid for it I noticed the egg roll was not in the bag so when asked about it they told me it didn’t come with that order. Okay it could have just thrown the Egg Roll in I did mention it been around 15 years since I’ve been there. But when I get to the orange chicken tried to eat it and it felt like I was eating beef jerky the chicken was so hard and grizzly I couldn’t even finish it I had three or four bites what a waste of money. I would have called to let the owner know but I don’t think that I would have gotten free anything since the egg roll was an issue. From now on I plan on going to eat rice or to New Wok where I know the food and the service will be better

I’ve been going here for over 30yrs. Family owned business parents have retired but the children have taken over. They are still doing a great job. Plenty of food for the price especially their lunch specials which you can get all day. I havent had a bad experience with them ever. Happy eating
